Method
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Seafood
Preheat the broiler. Rinse the sea scallops, shrimp, fish filet, and clams under cold water. Pat them dry with paper towels.
- 2
Season the Seafood
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped parsley, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Add the sea scallops, shrimp, fish filet, and clams to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
- 3
Prepare Oreganato Topping
In a separate bowl, mix Italian bread crumbs and grated Parmesan cheese. Set aside.
- 4
Broil the Seafood
Arrange the seafood on a broiler-safe pan in a single layer. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the seafood.
- 5
Cook Under Broiler
Place the pan under the broiler for about 8-10 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through and the topping is golden brown. Keep an eye on it to prevent burning.
- 6
Serve
Remove from the oven, let it cool for a minute, and then serve hot, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
