Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Branzino

Clean and gut the branzino, then rinse under cold water. Pat dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Fish

In a bowl, mix olive oil, juice of half the lemon, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture all over the branzino, including the cavity. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Vegetables

Chop the mixed vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Toss them in olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  4. 4

    Grill the Fish

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the branzino on the grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

  5. 5

    Grill the Vegetables

While the fish is grilling, place the vegetables in a grill basket and grill for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender and slightly charred.

  6. 6

    Serve

Remove the branzino and vegetables from the grill. Serve the fish whole, garnished with lemon wedges and fresh parsley, alongside the grilled mixed vegetables.
