Prepare the Romaine Lettuce
Wash the romaine lettuce thoroughly under cold water. Remove the outer leaves and chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Place the chopped lettuce in a large salad bowl.

Add Croutons and Parmesan Cheese
Sprinkle the croutons and the 0.5 cup of grated parmesan cheese over the chopped romaine lettuce in the salad bowl.

Mix the Dressing Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine 0.5 cup of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard, and 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce. Whisk together until smooth.

Season the Dressing
Add salt and black pepper to the dressing mixture to taste. Whisk again until all ingredients are well combined.

Combine Salad and Dressing
Drizzle the prepared dressing over the salad mixture in the large bowl. Toss gently to combine, ensuring that the lettuce, croutons, and parmesan cheese are evenly coated with the dressing.
