Prepare the Meats
Cut the chicken, pork, and steak into small pieces. Season each with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

Cook the Meats
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for about 5 minutes until browned. Then, add the pork and cook for another 5 minutes. Finally, add the steak and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes or until all meats are cooked through.

Prepare the Cheese and Potato Sticks
While the meats are cooking, fry or bake the potato sticks as per package instructions. Once cooked, set aside. Grate the cheddar cheese.

Assemble the Tripleta
On a serving plate, layer the cooked meats, followed by the grated cheese, and then the potato sticks. Drizzle with house sauce.

Serve the tripleta immediately while warm and enjoy!
