Shake Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Beefeater gin, fresh lemon juice, fresh lime juice, orange flower water, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and egg white.

Dry Shake
Shake the mixture vigorously without ice for about 15-20 seconds to create a frothy texture.

Add Ice and Shake Again
Add ice to the shaker and shake again for another 15-20 seconds to chill the mixture.

Strain and Serve
Strain the cocktail into a chilled glass and top it with soda water.

Garnish
Garnish with a slice of lemon or lime if desired.
