Prepare the Whipped Cream
In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, vanilla extract, and cocoa powder. Whip until soft peaks form.
Mix the Boozy Iced Coffee
In a shaker, combine Cathead vodka, pecan liqueur, cold brew coffee, and demerara sugar. Shake well until the sugar is dissolved.
Serve
Pour the mixture into a glass filled with ice. Top with the Hoodoo Chicory liqueur and finish with a generous dollop of the whipped cream.
Garnish
Sprinkle a little cocoa powder on top of the whipped cream for garnish, if desired.
