Prepare the Glass
Chill a champagne flute by placing it in the freezer for a few minutes or filling it with ice water.

Pour Peach Liqueur
Remove the glass from the freezer, and pour 2 oz of peach liqueur into the chilled champagne flute.

Add Prosecco
Slowly add 4 oz of Prosecco or sparkling wine to the glass, allowing it to mix gently with the liqueur.

Garnish
Twist a slice of orange peel over the drink to release the oils, then drop it in as a garnish.
