In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and chopped onion, sautéing until translucent (about 2-3 minutes).

Cook Shrimp
Add the shrimp to the skillet. Season with ground cumin, salt, and black pepper. Cook for about 3-5 minutes or until the shrimp turn pink and are cooked through. Remove from heat and stir in chopped cilantro.

Prepare Tortillas
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a separate skillet, warm the corn tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side to make them pliable.

Take a warmed tortilla, spoon about 2 tablespoons of the shrimp mixture into the center, and roll it up tightly. Place it seam-side down in a greased baking dish. Repeat until all shrimp mixture and tortillas are used.
