Directions

1

Prepare the Glass

Fill a tall glass or highball glass with ice cubes. This will help chill the ingredients and keep the drink refreshing.

2

Add Tequila

Pour 2 oz of tequila over the ice in the glass, allowing it to settle at the bottom.

3

Mix in Orange Juice

Slowly pour 4 oz of orange juice into the glass, pouring it gently down the side to create a layered effect with the tequila.

4

Add Grenadine

Carefully add 1 oz of grenadine by pouring it slowly down the side of the glass. It will sink to the bottom, creating a gradient from orange to red.

5

Garnish the Drink

Garnish your Tequila Sunrise with an orange slice on the rim of the glass and a maraschino cherry dropped in for an extra touch.

6

Serve

Serve immediately with a straw or stirrer, allowing the drinker to mix the layers before drinking.
