Create your own party tray by choosing a combination of any of our cold subs. For large orders, please call the shop.

Gather all the ingredients for the cold subs including meats, cheeses, vegetables, and condiments.

Prepare the Ingredients

Wash and slice the lettuce, tomato, red onion, pickles, and any optional add-ons like avocado or jalapeños.

Slice the Vegetables

Slice the Italian sub rolls in half lengthwise without cutting all the way through.

Cut the Rolls

On the bottom half of each roll, layer 50g of turkey breast, 50g of ham, and 50g of salami. Add 50g of provolone cheese, followed by a handful of lettuce, tomato slices, red onion, and pickles.

Layer the Ingredients

In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, black pepper, Dijon mustard, and mayonnaise. Drizzle this mixture over the fillings in each sub.

Add Condiments

Close the sandwich with the top half of the roll. Press down gently to compact the ingredients.

Top and Press

Cut each sub into halves or quarters for easy serving. Arrange them on a platter along with any optional add-ons like roasted red peppers or sprouts.

Cut and Serve

Serve immediately and enjoy your customizable party tray!
