Preparation
Prepare the Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, black beans, cooked meat, shredded cheese, sour cream, salsa, chopped cilantro, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
Assembly
Assemble the Burritos
Lay a large flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon a generous amount of the filling mixture (about 1 cup) onto the center of the tortilla. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll the tortilla from the bottom up to encase the filling completely. Repeat this process with the remaining tortillas and filling.
Cooking (Optional)
Toast the Burritos (Optional)
If desired, heat a large skillet over medium heat. Place the assembled burritos seam-side down in the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
