American Wagyu Roast Beef
Method
Wagyu Slaw Be Jo® Preparation
Prepare the Slaw
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded green cabbage and grated carrots.
Make the Dressing
In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, black pepper, and chopped dill.
Mix the Slaw and Dressing
Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrots, and toss until well coated.
Cook the Wagyu Beef
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the American Wagyu beef until browned and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Assemble the Slaw Be Jo®
Slice the sub rolls in half and layer the cooked Wagyu beef on the bottom half. Top with a generous scoop of the slaw mixture, then close the sandwich.
American Wagyu Roast Beef Preparation
Prepare the Roast Beef
Slice the American Wagyu roast beef thinly against the grain.
Assemble the Roast Beef Sandwiches
Spread horseradish sauce on the bottom half of each sub roll. Layer the sliced roast beef and top with fresh arugula.
Season the Sandwiches
Sprinkle salt and pepper over the arugula, then close the sandwich with the top half of the roll.
