Prepare the Meats
Slow-roast the turkey until it's tender, then hand-pull it apart into strips. Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then set aside.

Slice the Vegetables
Wash and dry the romaine lettuce leaves. Slice the tomato into thin rounds and chop the red onion into thin rings.
Assemble the Sandwich

Layer Ingredients
On one slice of whole grain sandwich bread, spread one tablespoon of mayonnaise. Layer the pulled turkey on top, followed by a slice of provolone cheese, then the prosciuttini ham.

Add the Crunch
Add two slices of crispy bacon, a layer of lettuce, tomato slices, and onion rings on top of the ham.

Finish the Sandwich
Spread another tablespoon of mayonnaise on a second slice of bread and place it on top of the sandwich. Top with the final slice of bread.
Serving

Slice and Serve
Cut the sandwich diagonally in half and serve immediately with your favorite chips or a side salad.
