Preparation of Ingredients

Chop the Lettuce

Wash and thoroughly dry the lettuce, then chop it into bite-sized pieces. Measure out 6 cups and place it in a large mixing bowl.

Dice the Tomatoes

Wash the tomatoes and remove any stems. Dice them into small pieces to yield about 2 cups. Add them to the bowl with the chopped lettuce.

Prepare Cheese and Meats

Cube the provolone cheese and slice the salami, capicola, and prosciuttini into bite-sized pieces. Measure out 1 cup of each and add them to the mixing bowl.

Add Black Olives

Drain and rinse the black olives. Slice them in half if desired, then add 1 cup to the mixing bowl.

Mixing and Dressing

Combine Ingredients

Gently toss all the chopped ingredients together in the mixing bowl until well combined.

Add Dressing

Pour 1 cup of red wine vinaigrette over the salad mixture. Toss thoroughly to ensure all ingredients are coated with the dressing.

Serving

Plate the Salad

Transfer the mixed salad to a serving tray or individual plates. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
