Turkey

Method

Prepare the Turkey

1

Roast the Turkey

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Rub the turkey breast with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Place it on a roasting pan and roast in the oven for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Allow the turkey to rest for 15 minutes before slicing.

Prepare the Salad Base

2

Assemble Salad Base

While the turkey is roasting, prepare the salad base. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed greens, diced tomatoes, corn, and black beans. Toss gently to combine.

Assemble the Party Tray

3

Layer the Ingredients

Once the turkey has rested and been sliced, layer the salad base on a large serving tray. Top it with the sliced turkey, crispy cheddar onions, BBQ sauce, and drizzle with chipotle ranch dressing. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
