Preparation of Wagyu Beef
- 1
Slow-Roast the Wagyu Beef
Preheat your oven to 250°F (121°C). Season the Wagyu beef with salt and pepper to taste. Place the beef on a roasting rack in a baking pan, and roast in the preheated oven for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 130°F (54°C) for medium-rare. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Hand-Pull the Turkey
If using a pre-cooked turkey breast, shred it with two forks until it reaches a pulled consistency. If cooking from scratch, roast the turkey breast, allow to cool, and then pull it apart.

Build the Club Sandwich
On a slice of club sandwich bread, spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise. Layer with half of the pulled turkey, followed by 2 slices of bacon, a slice of provolone cheese, some lettuce, tomato, and onion. Top with a second slice of bread, and repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients. Finish with the third slice of bread and secure with toothpicks if desired.
