Assemble the Flautas
Heat the corn tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds per side until pliable. Place 2 tablespoons of the meat mixture on one end of each tortilla, roll tightly, and secure with a toothpick if needed.

Fry the Flautas
In a deep frying pan, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully add the rolled flautas, a few at a time, and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 3-5 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Serve
Remove toothpicks if used, and serve the flautas hot with sour cream, guacamole, and pico de gallo on the side.
