Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Marinate the Beef

In a bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Add the beef strips and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Vegetables

While the beef is marinating, slice the bell peppers and onion into thin strips.

  3. 3

    Cook the Beef

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the marinated beef and cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

  4. 4

    Cook the Vegetables

In the same skillet, add the sliced bell peppers and onion. Sauté for about 3-5 minutes until they are tender.

  5. 5

    Combine and Serve

Return the cooked beef to the skillet with the vegetables and mix to combine. Serve the beef and peppers in warm flour tortillas with Mexican rice, refried beans, pico de gallo, cheese, guacamole, and sour cream on the side.
