Fiesta Dip Ingredients

Method

Fiesta Dip Directions

  1. 1

    Cook the Beef

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.

  2. 2

    Season the Beef

Stir in the taco seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until well combined. Remove from heat.

  3. 3

    Combine the Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, cream cheese, sour cream, pico de gallo, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.

  4. 4

    Prepare for Baking

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly. Top with the remaining shredded cheddar cheese.

  5. 5

    Bake the Dip

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the dip for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  6. 6

    Serve

Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
