1. Prepare the Ingredients
Slice the chicken and steak into thin strips. Slice the onion and bell pepper into thin strips as well.
2. Cook the Chorizo
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chorizo until browned and cooked through, about 5 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
3. Grill the Chicken and Steak
In the same skillet, add the chicken and steak strips. Grill for about 5-7 minutes or until fully cooked, stirring occasionally.
4. Add Vegetables
Add the sliced onions and bell peppers to the skillet. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
5. Combine Ingredients
Return the cooked chorizo to the skillet and mix everything together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Warm the Tortillas
In a separate pan, warm the flour tortillas over medium heat for about 1 minute on each side until soft.
7. Serve
Serve the chicken and steak mixture on a plate with Mexican rice, refried beans, guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo, and warm tortillas on the side.
