Marinating the Sablefish

Marinate the Fish
Place sablefish fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for a stronger flavor.

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Roast the Sablefish
Remove the sablefish from the marinade and place them on a baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

On a grill or grill pan, cook the green onions until they are charred and tender, about 2-3 minutes.

In a small bowl, whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, grated horseradish, and toasted sesame seeds.
