Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Tenderloin

Take the grass-fed beef tenderloin out of the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking.

  2. 2

    Season the Meat

Rub the olive oil all over the tenderloin. Sprinkle the salt, black pepper, and garlic powder evenly on all sides. Lastly, press the fresh rosemary onto the surface.

  3. 3

    Sear the Tenderloin

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add the seasoned tenderloin and sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until a nice crust forms.

  4. 4

    Cook to Desired Doneness

For medium-rare, cook the tenderloin until it reaches an internal temperature of 135°F (57°C). This may take an additional 4-6 minutes after searing.

  5. 5

    Rest and Serve

Remove the tenderloin from the skillet and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing. Serve with your favorite sides.
