Method

Appetizer

1

Prepare the Bruschetta

Dice the Roma tomatoes and finely chop the basil and garlic. In a bowl, mix tomatoes, basil, garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Toast the bread and top with the mixture.

Soup

2

Make the Soup

In a large pot, combine chicken broth, diced carrots, celery, and chopped onion. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Add egg noodles, thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook until noodles are tender.

Main Course

3

Cook the Chicken

Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. In a skillet, melt butter and cook chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Garnish with fresh parsley.

Dessert

4

Prepare the Chocolate Mousse

In a saucepan, heat heavy cream until just simmering. Remove from heat and add chopped dark chocolate and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Serve with fresh berries.

Wine Pairing

5

Serve the Wines

Pair the white wine with the appetizer and soup, and the red wine with the main course and dessert.
