Preparation for Cold Cut Subs

Prepare the Rolls
Slice each Italian hoagie roll in half lengthwise, being careful not to cut all the way through.

Layer the Ingredients
On the bottom half of each roll, layer the turkey, ham, salami, and roast beef. Add slices of provolone cheese, followed by lettuce and tomato.

Condiment Application
Spread mayonnaise and mustard on the top half of the roll. Close the sandwich carefully.

Cut and Serve
If desired, cut each sub into smaller portions for easier serving.
