Method
Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Steak
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the ribeye steak with salt and black pepper. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove from the skillet and let it rest before slicing it thinly.
- 2
Cook the Vegetables
In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil. Sauté the sliced onion and green bell pepper over medium heat for about 5-6 minutes until they are softened and slightly caramelized.
- 3
Assemble the Pizza
Preheat your oven according to the pizza dough instructions. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Place it on a pizza stone or baking sheet. Spread the sautéed vegetables evenly on the dough, followed by the sliced steak. Top with mozzarella and provolone cheese.
- 4
Bake the Pizza
Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
- 5
Serve
Remove the pizza from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve hot.
