1. Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

2. Prepare the Filling

In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced ham, pineapple chunks, chopped onion, and BBQ sauce. Mix well until all ingredients are coated.

3. Roll Out the Dough

On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large circle, about 12 inches in diameter.

4. Fill the Calzone

Place half of the filling mixture on one side of the dough circle, leaving a border around the edge. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the filling.

5. Seal the Calzone

Fold the other half of the dough over the filling and press the edges to seal. You can crimp the edges with a fork for a decorative touch.

6. Prepare for Baking
