Preparation of Chicken Wings

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Mix well to create a seasoned flour mixture.

Coat Chicken Wings
Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and then toss them in the seasoned flour mixture until fully coated. Shake off any excess flour.

Heat Oil
In a large skillet or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 180°C (350°F).

Fry Chicken Wings
Carefully add the coated chicken wings to the hot oil in batches. Fry for about 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, turning occasionally. Remove wings and drain on paper towels.

Toss in Sauce
In a large bowl, combine the fried chicken wings with your choice of hot sauce. Toss until wings are well coated.

Prepare Potatoes
Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin strips or wedges, depending on your preference.

Dry Potatoes
Drain the soaked potatoes and pat them dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.

Heat Oil for Frying
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil to 180°C (350°F).

Fry Potatoes
Carefully add the dried potatoes to the hot oil in batches. Fry for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Remove fries and drain on paper towels.

Immediately sprinkle the hot fries with salt while they are still hot for better adherence.
