1. Prepare the seafood
Rinse the shrimp and scallops under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Cut the fish fillets into bite-sized pieces.

3. Sauté the vegetables
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, garlic, and celery, sautéing for 3-4 minutes until softened.
4. Add bell peppers and seasonings
Stir in the diced red and green bell peppers, Old Bay seasoning, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Cook for another 5 minutes until the peppers are tender.
5. Add seafood
Add the shrimp, scallops, and fish to the skillet. Pour in the chicken broth and lemon juice. Stir gently to combine and bring to a simmer.
6. Cook the seafood
Cover and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through and opaque.
7. Serve
Serve the seafood mixture over cooked white rice and garnish with fresh parsley.
