Bake the Potatoes
Place the seasoned potatoes directly on the oven rack or on a baking sheet. Bake for 45-60 minutes, or until tender when pierced with a fork.
Prepare the Seafood Sauce
- 4
Cook the Seafood
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- 5
Add Crawfish and Shrimp
Stir in the crawfish tails and shrimp. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the shrimp turns pink and opaque.
- 6
Make the Creamy Sauce
Pour in the heavy cream and add Cajun seasoning. Stir well to combine and let it simmer for about 5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- 7
Finish the Sauce
Add lemon juice and chopped green onions, stirring to combine. Remove from heat.
Assemble the Potato

Serve the Potato
Once the potatoes are fully baked, remove them from the oven. Cut a slit down the center of each potato and gently squeeze the ends to open them up.
