Rinse the blueberries under cold running water to remove any dirt or impurities. Drain well.

Gently wash the fresh mint leaves and pat them dry with a paper towel. Remove the leaves from the stems.

In a blender, combine the washed blueberries, fresh mint leaves, honey or agave syrup, lemon juice, and water.

Blend the mixture on high speed until smooth and well combined. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender to ensure everything is mixed evenly.

If you prefer a smoother texture, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove any pulp.
