Preparation

  1. 1

    Wash Blueberries

Rinse the fresh blueberries under cool running water to remove any dirt or impurities. Drain them well.

  2. 2

    Prepare Lemon Juice

Squeeze fresh lemon to extract 1 tablespoon of juice. Be sure to remove any seeds.

  3. 3

    Chop Mint Leaves

Finely chop the mint leaves to release their flavor. Set aside for later use.

Mixing

  1. 4

    Combine Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, add the washed blueberries, honey, lemon juice, and chopped mint leaves. Stir gently to combine, ensuring the blueberries do not break.

  2. 5

Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness by adding more honey if desired, or increase acidity with more lemon juice to suit your preference.

  1. 6

    Serve Chilled

Transfer the blueberry mixture to a serving bowl or individual cups. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving to enhance the flavors.
