Prepare the Breading
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.

Bread the Chik’n
Dip each chik’n patty into the flour mixture, then into the plant-based milk, and finally coat with the bread crumbs. Repeat for double dipping if desired.

Fry the Chik’n
In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully add the breaded chik’n patties. Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Make the Hunny Mustard
In a small bowl, mix the honey and Dijon mustard until well combined.

Assemble the Sandwich
Spread hunny mustard on the bottom half of the brioche bun, add the fried chik’n patty, top with pickles, and cover with the top half of the bun.
