Prepare the Wings
Preheat your wood-fired grill to a temperature of 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.

Place the seasoned wings on the grill grate in a single layer. Make sure they are not overcrowded to ensure even cooking.

Cook the wings over direct heat for 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are crispy and fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C).

Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the grill and toss them in a large bowl with your choice of one or more sauces: honey BBQ, hot honey, orange pepper, or chipotle glaze. Ensure they are well coated.
