Method

Preparing the Wings

  1. 1

    Prepare the Wings

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. In a large bowl, combine the wings with vegetable oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.

  2. 2

    Bake the Wings

Place the seasoned wings on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.

Making the Buffalo Sauce

  1. 3

    Prepare the Buffalo Sauce

While the wings are baking, melt the unsalted butter in a saucepan over low heat. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the hot sauce and vinegar until well combined. Set aside.

Making the BBQ Sauce

  1. 4

    Prepare the BBQ Sauce

If using store-bought BBQ sauce, simply measure out 1 cup into a bowl. If you prefer homemade, you can prepare your favorite BBQ sauce recipe.

Serving the Wings

  1. 5

    Toss the Wings

Once wings are done baking, remove from oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the Buffalo sauce over the wings and toss to coat. If you prefer BBQ wings, use the BBQ sauce instead.

  2. 6

    Prepare the Dips

In small bowls, serve the ranch dressing, bleu cheese dressing, and white BBQ sauce as dipping options.

  3. 7

    Serve

Plate the wings and serve immediately with the dipping sauces on the side.
