Taco Fillings Preparation

Cook Ground Beef
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes. Drain excess fat and season with taco seasoning if desired.

Cook Shredded Chicken
In a separate skillet, heat the shredded chicken over medium heat until warmed through, about 5-7 minutes. You can add a bit of taco seasoning or your choice of spices for flavor.

Prepare Black Beans
In a small saucepan, heat the black beans over medium heat until warmed, about 5 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Warm Tortillas
Warm the corn and flour tortillas in a hot, dry skillet for about 30 seconds on each side, or until pliable. Keep them warm in a clean kitchen towel.
Taco Assembly

Assemble Tacos
For each taco, place a warm tortilla on a plate. Add your choice of filling (ground beef, shredded chicken, black beans, or grilled vegetables), and top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, sour cream, sliced jalapeños, guacamole, and salsa as desired.
