Sausage Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook Chorizo Sausage

Add the chorizo to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula until fully cooked. Remove from heat and set aside.

Vegetable Preparation

    Sauté Bell Peppers and Onion

In the same skillet, add the bell peppers and sliced red onion. Sauté over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes until softened.
