Bruschetta Preparation

Prepare the Baguette
Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch thick slices. Arrange on a baking sheet.

Prepare the Tomato Mixture
In a mixing bowl, dice the Roma tomatoes and chop the fresh basil leaves. Add minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Toast the Baguette
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the baguette slices in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until lightly toasted.

Assemble the Bruschetta
Top each toasted baguette slice with a generous spoonful of the tomato mixture. Serve immediately.

Prepare the Mushrooms
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Clean the button mushrooms and remove the stems.

Make the Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.

Stuff the Mushrooms
Using a small spoon, fill each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture, packing it in gently.

Bake the Mushrooms
Drizzle olive oil over the stuffed mushrooms and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
