Method
For Sweet Iced Tea

Boil Water
In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil over medium heat.

Steep Tea
Once the water is boiling, remove it from heat and add the 4 black tea bags. Let them steep for about 5-7 minutes, depending on your taste preference.

Add Sugar
Remove the tea bags and stir in 1 cup of sugar while the tea is still warm. Mix until fully dissolved.

Cool Tea
Allow the tea to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled.

Serve
Serve the chilled sweet tea over ice and garnish with lemon slices if desired.
For Unsweet Iced Tea

Squeeze 1 cup of fresh lemon juice from the lemons. You can use a juicer or simply squeeze by hand.
