Prepare the Chicken Wings
Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Place them in a large bowl.

Season the Wings
Sprinkle salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika over the wings. Toss the wings to ensure an even coating of the seasonings.
Frying

Heat the Oil
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat vegetable oil to 375°F (190°C).

Fry the Wings
Carefully add the seasoned wings to the hot oil in batches. Fry for 8-10 minutes or until the wings are golden brown and crispy. Remove the wings with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
Saucing

Toss in Sauce
In a large bowl, toss the fried wings with your choice of sauce until well coated. You can use Buffalo sauce, BBQ sauce, honey garlic sauce, or teriyaki sauce.
Serving

Serve Hot
Serve the sauced chicken wings immediately, garnished with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing, if desired.
