Pour in the milk and add the sour cream, stirring well to combine until the mixture is fully blended and creamy.

Add the can of diced tomatoes with green chilies, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and let it simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
