Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the wings

Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Place them in a large bowl.

  2. 2

    Season the wings

Sprinkle salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika over the wings. Toss to ensure they are evenly coated.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Cooking the wings

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the seasoned wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until crispy and golden, flipping halfway through.

Sauce Preparation

  1. 4

    Prepare BBQ Sauce

Once the wings are cooked, toss them in BBQ sauce until well coated.

  2. 5

    Prepare Dry Rub

For dry rub wings, remove wings from the oven and sprinkle the dry rub mixture of brown sugar, chili powder, cumin, and onion powder on top, tossing to coat.

  3. 6

    Prepare Honey Buffalo Sauce

For honey buffalo wings, combine hot sauce and honey in a bowl. Toss the cooked wings in the sauce until well coated.

  4. 7

    Prepare Walking Bird Sauce

Melt butter and mix it with hot sauce. Toss the cooked wings in this mixture until evenly coated.

  5. 8

    Prepare White BBQ Sauce

Mix mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper in a bowl to create the white BBQ sauce. Toss the cooked wings in this sauce until well coated.

Serving

  1. 9

    Serve the wings

Arrange the wings on a platter and serve with blue cheese and ranch dressing on the side.
