Prepare the Steak
Take the NY strip steak out of the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature for about 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Roast the Steak
Place the steak on a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached.

Layer the Potatoes
In a buttered baking dish, layer the potato slices, overlapping them slightly. Season each layer with salt and black pepper.

Add Butter and Cream
Melt the butter and mix it with heavy cream. Pour this mixture over the layered potatoes.

Prepare the Asparagus
Trim the woody ends off the asparagus. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Roast the Asparagus
Spread the asparagus on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for about 15-20 minutes until tender and slightly charred.
Caramelized Onion

Slice the Onions
Peel and thinly slice the yellow onions.

Combine Ingredients
In a saucepan, combine pomegranate juice, orange juice, soy sauce, and honey. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.

Thicken the Sauce
Mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl until smooth. Stir this mixture into the simmering sauce and cook until it thickens, about 2-3 minutes.

Remove from heat and serve the sauce warm over the roasted NY strip steak.
