Prepare the Ingredients
Gather all the ingredients including Planteray Fancy Pineapple Rum, Campari, cold pressed lime juice, sparkling mineral water, lime wedge, and fresh mint leaves.
Mixing the Drink

Combine Alcoholic Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, add 2 oz of Planteray Fancy Pineapple Rum and 1 oz of Campari.

Add Citrus
Pour in 1 oz of cold pressed lime juice into the shaker with the rum and Campari.

Shake the Mixture
Fill the shaker with ice, cover it, and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
Serving

Prepare the Glass
Fill a tall glass with ice cubes to chill it.

Strain and Add Sparkling Water
Strain the mixture from the shaker into the prepared glass over the ice. Top it off with 4 oz of sparkling mineral water.

Garnish your drink with a lime wedge on the rim and add 5 fresh mint leaves for an aromatic touch.
