In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens and chopped tomato. Toss gently to mix.

Add Croutons and Cheese
Sprinkle the pretzel croutons and grated Parmesan cheese over the mixed greens and tomato. Set aside.
Dressing Preparation

Make the Dressing
In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, minced garlic, anchovy paste, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and grated Parmesan cheese until smooth and well combined.

Add salt and black pepper to taste, adjusting as necessary.

Combine Salad and Dressing
Drizzle the creamy Caesar dressing over the salad base and toss gently until the greens are evenly coated with the dressing.
