Combine Ingredients
In a blender, combine 2 ounces of white rum, 1 ounce of coconut cream, and 6 ounces of pineapple juice.

Blend Until Smooth
Blend the mixture on high speed until smooth and creamy, approximately 15-30 seconds.

Add Ice
Add 1 cup of ice to the blender and blend again until the ice is crushed and the drink is frosty.

Pour the Mixture
Carefully pour the blended mixture into the prepared glass.

Garnish
Garnish the drink with a fresh pineapple wedge, a maraschino cherry, and sprinkle 2 tablespoons of shredded coconut on top.
