Cauliflower Bites

Method

Preparing Cauliflower Bites

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). This will ensure that the cauliflower bites become crispy.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Cauliflower

Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets. Make sure they are all roughly the same size for even cooking.

  3. 3

    Season the Cauliflower

In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to ensure all pieces are evenly coated.

  4. 4

    Bake the Cauliflower

Spread the seasoned cauliflower florets in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy.

  5. 5

    Add Brie Cheese

In the last 5 minutes of baking, remove the cauliflower from the oven and top with small pieces of brie cheese. Return to the oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Preparing the Salad

  1. 6

    Prepare the Arugula

In a large bowl, add the fresh arugula. This will be the base of your salad.

  2. 7

    Add Parmesan and Seasoning

Add the shaved parmesan cheese to the bowl with arugula. Drizzle with lemon juice, and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Toss gently to combine.

  3. 8

    Serve

Once the cauliflower bites are ready, serve them warm over a bed of the arugula salad. Enjoy your crispy Brie cauliflower bites!
