Macaroni and Cheese Preparation

Cook the Pasta
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add elbow macaroni and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Add Cheese and Seasoning
Remove from heat and stir in shredded pepper jack cheese until melted. Add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix in the cooked macaroni until well combined. Let cool.

Form the Bites
Once the macaroni and cheese mixture is cool, scoop small portions and form them into bite-sized balls or patties.

Bread the Bites
Roll each macaroni ball in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with bread crumbs. Ensure they are well covered. Place on a plate and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Frying and Serving

Heat the Oil
In a deep pot or fryer, heat oil to 350°F (175°C). Ensure there is enough oil for deep frying.

Fry the Bites
Carefully place the breaded macaroni bites in the hot oil, frying in batches to avoid overcrowding. Fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Prepare the Spicy Ranch
In a small bowl, mix ranch dressing with hot sauce to taste. Adjust spice level as preferred.
