Chicken Wings
Hot Sauce Mixture
Method
Preparation
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
Prepare the Wings
In a large bowl, combine chicken wings, salt, and black pepper. Toss until wings are evenly coated.
Cooking
Bake the Wings
Arrange the seasoned wings in a single layer on the wire rack. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
Prepare the Sauce
While the wings are baking, prepare the hot sauce mixture. In a small saucepan, combine hot sauce, butter, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, honey, and white vinegar. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the butter is melted and the mixture is well combined.
Coat the Wings
Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the hot sauce mixture over the wings and toss to coat evenly.
Serving
Serve the Wings
Transfer the coated wings to a serving platter. Enjoy your Medium Hot Wings with your favorite dipping sauce!
