Bread the Chicken
Dredge each chicken strip in flour, dip it into the beaten eggs, and then coat it with breadcrumbs. Repeat until all chicken strips are breaded.

In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

- 6
Prepare Vegetables
Wash and slice the lettuce and tomato. Shred the cheddar cheese.
- 7
Warm Tortillas
In a dry skillet or microwave, warm the flour tortillas for a few seconds until pliable.

Assemble Wraps
On each tortilla, layer the lettuce, sliced chicken fingers, tomato, cheddar cheese, and drizzle with your choice of Duff's sauce.
- 9
Roll the Wrap
Fold in the sides of each tortilla and then roll it tightly from the bottom to the top.
- 10
Serve
Cut the wraps in half and serve with a side of Duff's blue cheese dressing.
