Boneless Wings
Wrap Ingredients
Method
Preparing Boneless Wings
- 1
Cook the Chicken
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, combine the boneless chicken breast, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the chicken is evenly coated.
- 2
Bake the Chicken
Spread the chicken pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- 3
Toss in Sauce
Remove the chicken from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Chop the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces and toss them in your choice of Duff's sauce until well coated.
Assembling the Wrap
- 4
Prepare the Tortilla
Warm the large flour tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side to make them more pliable.
- 5
Layer the Ingredients
On each warmed tortilla, layer a quarter of the chopped boneless wings, followed by romaine lettuce, diced tomato, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- 6
Drizzle with Dressing
Drizzle a few tablespoons of Duff's blue cheese dressing over the top of the layered ingredients.
- 7
Wrap It Up
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it tightly from the bottom to the top to create a wrap. Repeat for the remaining tortillas.
